Kansai Airports (Head office: Izumisano City, Osaka, President & CEO: Yoshiyuki Yamaya) and Jorudan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Toshikazu Sato) announced today that KIX ACCESSMOOTHIE, an online routing service, is now available on the website of Kansai International Airport (KIX), enabling users to search the best route to their destination.
Using Jorudan’s transit planner Norikae Annai Visit, the routing tool provides information on routes to and from KIX in various transit modes including trains, buses, high-speed vessels, and taxies. The new service is also equipped with the Helpful Map function that allows for checking the time and fare on a pictorial map, with which users can intuitively get information they need.
In addition, the tool provides disruption information such as cancellations and delays of rail, bus, and ship services as well as access bridge availability in multiple languages.
Kansai Airports and Jorudan will continue to enhance KIX ACCESSMOOTHIE in an easy-to-understand manner so that necessary information is provided to customers who choose to use KIX.
